Healthier Altervative to Fruit-Flavored Yogurts

Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein. If you take a look at the Greek yogurts that have fruit in them, most have added sugar. Buy the larger tub of Greek yogurt and invest in some smaller 6-8 oz. reusable containers. Adding your own fresh fruit with a drizzle of pure maple syrup or honey and some sliced almonds makes a delicious snack.
